Refund policy

Reasons why we can reject your refund request:

  1. You do not provide exhaustive explanation of why you consider you qualify for a refund.
  2. If you check a text in a language other than English. So far, our system guarantees the highest accuracy only for the English language, as it is stated in the Terms and Conditions.

With above said, however, we can consider requests for refund/return and do our best to assist you if you follow the procedure stated below:

  1. You send your refund request to info@plagiarismdetect.com and state clear reason for such request.
  2. We will reply to you according to your request to determine if it can be considered as reasonable given the above stated "shareware" marketing notice and other circumstances.
  3. If we decide to satisfy your request for product refund, we will notify you within a reasonable timeframe.
  4. After this we will issue a full or partial refund to you.

Refund methods

Refund can be issued using the billing system http://www.2checkout.com/ and payment details used for purchasing our services. If for some reason you cannot accept refund in this way, we can send money to your PayPal account. No other refund methods are acceptable, including but not limited to checks, wire transfer, cash.

The procedure of refund processing can take up to 7 working days.
